Adžić Winery is exactly what is sought by all those wine-lovers who appreciate wines from small family-owned wineries, where each family member contributes with his/her efforts and hard work to creation of wines with character.Adžić family is composed of Vlado and Nevenka and their 3 children. Vlado's origins are in Derventa, Bosnia. In his childhood, he moved with his parents to Novi Sad. Nevenka was born in Novi Sad, and her parents have been closely related to Čortanovci, the village where family vineyards are located, since 1968. Vineyards and wine have always played a vital role in daily life of the family. If you asked Vlado or Nevenka how many hectares of vineyards they own, they would reply that they have exactly as many as it is feasible to do all works in the vineyard by their own hands,and Vlado turn these grapes into wine in the cellar afterwards. In reality, it means 1.5 hectares. Even labels on the bottles were designed by Vuk, a younger member of the family. Vineyards are situated in the area called Veliki Do, stretching from the village of Čortanovci towards Banstol. This plot opens on the eastern side towards the Danube, while it faces Banstol on the western side. Although vineyards are within boundaries of Srem region, the winery is registered in Temerin. The following grape varieties are found in vineyards of the family Adžić: Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Blaufrankisch, Chardonnay, Tamjanika and Gewurztraminer.
