A new wine magazine VINUM.IN has been presented at Fino & Vino restaurant in Zagreb. At the official kick-off event, editor-in-chief Dijana Grgić presented her associates, winemakers and the concept of the magazine.

VINUM.IN will be released quarterly, and its goal is to showcase wine and everything related to it. Already in the first issue, wine became associated with architecture, poetry and cakes. In addition to the Croatian wine scene, which was represented by a trip through continental Croatia, Dalmatia and the islands, there is also a view of the wine scene in the neighborhood (Serbia), whilst Matija Lesković traveled to distant South Africa. The topic of the issue - Rhine Riesling - was introduced by Ivo Kozarčanin, Tomislav Radic prepared an article about Kraljevina, and Željko Suhadolnik conveyed to his readers his rich experience of wine travel abroad. Marija Vukelić hosted the oenologist Eva Kristof in the "Wine on High Heels" section and interviewed Željko Suhadolnik in the "Talking with Wine About Wine" section. Ivana Erhardt Draganić presented the wines of Slavonia and Baranja through the section "Wine Fly", while Dr. Nina Levičnik presented the wine architecture on the example of a Croatian winery. Domagoj Jakopović Ribafish explained how the fabulous wine Potribica of Boškinac Winery is being made. Contemporary design of the magazine is the best indicator of the direction in which it is going, and the excellent photographs were taken care of by photo editor Julio Frangen.

A different, modern, interesting and educational magazine will find its place on newsstands from the next issue to make it widely accessible to all wine lovers. The first issue, as a special issue, is distributed by sending a free copy to the addresses of winemakers, restaurants, wine bars, wineries, hotels, wine associations and numerous wine lovers.

At the promotion, guests had the opportunity to taste some wines, sparkling wine and brandy, which were also featured in the magazine.

A web edition is also expected soon  and the web magazine itself will be in the form of a wine portal where the latest news between two issues will be reported.
