This year, Nikola Tesla Museum celebrates 60th anniversary as well as 156th birthday anniversary of Nikola Tesla. For this special occasion, on 10th July, 2012, in the Museum building (address: Krunska, 51, Belgrade. Opening hours: weekdays 10h-18h, Saturdays and Sundays 10h-15h, closed on Mondays)the special exhibition of "Nikola Tesla's diplomas" will be put on display in order to present to visitors honorary PhD diplomas, honorary membership in numerous scientific institutions around the world, medals and other awards which he earned in his lifetime. You have probably started to wonder what this piece of news has to do with Serbian vineyards and wineries. Well, nothing. But, in order to show you that it might have, we are taking the example of a wine bar/wine shop "La Tete Dans Le Cru" (Head in the vineyard). Owner of this wine bar in Saint-Remy-De-Provence, in Provence (south France) chose the well-known portrait of Nikola Tesla as the wine bar logo and merged it with the image of a wine bottle. Address of the wine bar: 50, avenue du Maréchal Juin – 13210 Saint-Rémy de Provence. Has it increased their sale or number of customers? Most likely not, but the portrait of Nikola Tesla certainly bears visually attractive and recognizable features. Therefore, if you make your way to Provence, don't be surprised if you spot the well-known face on the pages of local newspapers or tourist brochures.
