The Wine Knights of Šumadija and the Wine Expert Association are organizing the sixth edition of Kragujevac Wine Salon on June 18th, 2021 from 1 pm to 9 pm in the congress center of the Kragujevac Hotel. The organizer has announced participation of 90 wineries from Serbia and the Balkans.

This year, the Salon hosts numerous accompanying activities such as: Masterclass workshops, lectures, presentation of projects in the sector of viticulture/winemaking, the exhibition "Royal Wine-producing Serbia" at Đuro Jakšić gallery, promotion of books "Wine-producing Šumadija" and "Wine routes of Šumadija and Morava regions "," Enogastronomy ", wine & food pairing.

The following workshops are announced as part of educational program:

Burgundy-style Chardonnay from Levač - Lastar winery

Good years and organic vineyards - Temet winery

Great wines of Šumadija

Syrah, vintage and style - Chateau Kamnik

The Center for Development of Wine Tourism in Kragujevac has included the Wine Salon as a central event for promotion of wine tourism in Serbia, and in cooperation with the online magazine www.vino.rs will award Despotika winery a charter and recognition for the greatest contribution to wine tourism in Serbia in 2020.
